You will be the main contact between customers and technicians, greet customers, listen to concerns, explain repairs, prepare estimates, and keep customers updated throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the service department and provide a professional, helpful experience.

Review technician recommendations and clearly explain needed maintenance or repairs.
Prepare service estimates, obtain customer approvals, and communicate pricing and timelines.
Schedule service appointments and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Maintain accurate service records and customer communication notes.
Partner with technicians, parts, and service management to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
Support customer satisfaction by following up, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service.
