Job summary

Classic Westside Mazda in Brook Park, Ohio is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our Service team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating between customers and technicians.

You’ll greet customers, document needs, prepare repair orders, and communicate repair estimates while maintaining accurate records and building lasting relationships with clients. Growth opportunities exist within Classic Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience.
• Mazda or other manufacturer dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain automotive maintenance and repair recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

Classic Westside Mazda in Brook Park, Ohio is seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our Service team.

We are looking for an ambitious automotive service professional with at least one (1) year of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in an automotive dealership or professional automotive repair facility.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare accurate repair orders and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs

• Review completed repairs and services with customers at vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and repair order records

• Provide a professional, positive customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Maintain the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by Classic Westside Mazda

Qualifications

• Mazda or other manufacturer dealership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain automotive maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced Service Department
• Professional, dependable, organized, and customer-focused
