Job Description

Our brand-new service facility is a showstopper, and we are looking for an experienced service advisor to join our team. Our facility includes a service drive-through with state-of-the-art equipment, an efficient shop that increases productivity, and a spacious, up-to-date customer waiting room with a beverage and snack bar. This is a perfect time for you to grow with us, build relationships, and earn the income you deserve.

Your Daily Work Schedule
  • Oversees service orders and flow of Service Lane
  • Ensures prompt, courteous, and effective service for customers
  • Owns the customer's experience, ensuring a positive impression
  • Provides concierge support for owner inquiries, via phone or in person
  • Manages technician time inventory to maximize service sales
  • Distributes work efficiently among technicians
  • Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Maintains Customer Success Index at or above company standards
  • Assists in diagnosing vehicle issues, orders parts and tools as needed
  • Oversees warranty claims administration, and supervises the service department
  • Ensures compliance with laws and regulations
  • Fosters positive relationships with factory representatives and employees
