Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Location: 14455 Airline Hwy Baton Rouge LA 70817

Job Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor / Customer Service Rep with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the primary contact for customers needing vehicle assistance. You build relationships, guide customers through repairs, keep them informed, and ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers with hospitality and respect
• Present clear repair solutions
• Manage workflow effectively
• Sell services honestly and effectively
• Maintain a positive team attitude
• Communicate professionally on the phone
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate customer service activities
• Shuttle customers as needed in CBA branded vehicles
• Ensure repairs meet specifications
• Collaborate with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Proficiency in Windows and automotive store applications
• Experience in automotive customer service or related roles

Physical Requirements

• Dependability for scheduled hours (Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm)
• Stand, walk, and coordinate parts during workday
• Occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
• Maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment
