Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and document vehicle concerns.
• Review maintenance records, warranties, and service contract coverage.
• Generate service order estimates and quotes from a menu of services.
• Explain costs, processes, and time requirements to customers.
• Monitor progress and inform customers when vehicles are ready.
• Ensure high customer service scores as required.
