Job summary

Plaza Motors in St. Louis, now a division of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking experienced, high-line Service Advisors to join our growing team.

The Automotive Service Advisor/ASM will greet customers, discuss service needs, and guide them through maintenance options, warranties, and estimates. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and efficient scheduling in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive service writing, preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills.
