Job summary

Eskridge Honda in Oklahoma City is seeking an energetic Service Advisor to welcome customers, document repair needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

You'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, recommend maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, and help grow our family-owned team in a climate-controlled facility with a 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency is needed.
• Automotive service experience is a plus; training available.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Listen to customers' concerns and document repair needs.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
