Group 1 Ford of Pensacola is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to help customers with their vehicle service needs and to deliver an exceptionally smooth dealership experience from intake to completion. If you enjoy building relationships, providing outstanding service, and thriving in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you.

You will schedule appointments, create repair orders with estimates, and collaborate with technicians and parts staff to guarantee timely

Qualificações

• Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
