Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor in Texas to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional service experience, scheduling appointments, and communicating with technicians to ensure timely work and transparent cost estimates.

You will maintain product knowledge, keep customers updated on status, and assist with warranty information. A customer-focused attitude and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Interpersonal Communication skills.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
