As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service team. Your role will be crucial in building customer relationships and driving service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns and needs.
• Provide accurate and detailed service recommendations based on customer input, vehicle inspection, and diagnostics.
• Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers about service updates and vehicle status.
