WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the vital link between customers, technicians, and management.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers before they can say, \"I only need one quick thing.\"
• Translating customer concerns into technician English.
• Explaining that \"a weird noise\" is not an official manufacturer fault code.
• Recommending maintenance before the vehicle begins communicating exclusively through warning lights.
• Writing estimates.
• Tracking vehicle progress while simultaneously answering phones, emails, texts, and existential questions.
• Updating customers.
• Explaining repair invoices.
• Maintaining professionalism when someone says, \"But YouTube said it would cost $12.\"
