Wenco Industries is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to deliver exceptional customer service, consult with customers, and coordinate with technicians to meet vehicle needs at our Rocky Mountain region shops (Midas Auto Service and Big O Tires). The role emphasizes team leadership, empowerment, and alignment with our core values of integrity, ownership, and growth.

Responsabilités

• Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs.
• Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials.
• Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
• Lead, assist and empower a team while aligning with company values.
• Meet weekly and monthly matrix goals.
• Vendor communication and maintaining relationships.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
