Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good hand control and the ability to perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Stand for long hours, lift 25–50 lbs, and move efficiently.
• Work safely and comply with safety rules and practices.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Efficiently manage tasks to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Rotate between tasks on the production line.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams accurately.
• Perform quality checks and identify defective or non-conforming parts.
• Assist in plant duties such as parts inspection, inventory, cleanup, and minor equipment maintenance.
• Report safety, quality, or production issues to supervisors promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times (e.g., gloves, glasses).
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S).
• Participate in continuous improvement and team-based problem solving.
• Attend training sessions and complete required materials.
