$60k-$150k per year based on sales.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
2. Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
3. Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
4. Utilize lead management tools effectively.
5. Compile all necessary reports, forms, and documentation on a timely basis.
6. Exhibit ethical behavior, provide high customer satisfaction, and be honest in all dealings with customers.
