Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant to support our Sales Department with world-class customer service and Lexus brand growth. This hands-on role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to launch or grow a career in the automotive industry.

You will assist with daily tasks, respond to inquiries, learn Lexus vehicle features, and help maintain website content, while collaborating with a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g., feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $17–$18/hour,
• Weekly pay

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
