Job summary

Germain BMW of Naples is seeking a Sales Specialist to deliver an outstanding customer experience by recommending solutions that fit customers’ needs and enhance their lifestyle. You will build rapport, present vehicle options, and guide buyers through the sales process with a strong product knowledge base.

As a core part of the customer journey, you will conduct test drives, explain features, and collaborate with the finance team to complete paperwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
