About the Role:
M&F Auto Sales is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. We are a well-established dealership known for our excellent customer service and wide selection of quality vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cars and sales to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

As a sales representative, your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers through the car purchasing process, and demonstrating teamwork with all staff and departments.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, then provide suitable options.
  • Provide information about vehicles, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department and Sales Desk to determine financing options.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Use our software system, Dealersocket, daily to follow up with prospective customers, log and return calls, send texts and emails, and add follow-up notes.
  • Work closely with the BDC team, staying updated on notes, calls, and customer details.
  • Assist Finance in obtaining proper paperwork efficiently. All paperwork must be turned in within 72 hours.
  • Maintain above-average CSI scores.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Introduce customers to Service staff after purchase to facilitate future service appointments.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business, including explaining the referral program.
  • Attend mandatory sales meetings and scheduled training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in automotive sales preferred.
  • Reliable; punctual and dependable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with multiple makes and models.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Pass drug and background checks.
This is a commission-based position.
