CarGroup Holdings LLC d/b/a webuyanycar.com USA is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative - Territory in Columbia, MD. The role focuses on purchasing vehicles directly from customers across multiple branch locations within Maryland, not inventory sales.

You will travel between branches, conduct car-buying appointments, and guide customers through the purchasing process from evaluation to completion. The position offers a base salary with performance-based commissions and a sign-on stipend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between branches.

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative - Territory, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Supporting multiple branch locations throughout your assigned Maryland territory, including Silver Spring, Rockville, Glen Burnie, and Columbia, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability, and supporting multiple locations while building relationships with customers and driving sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Travel between branch locations within the assigned territory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel between branch locations within the assigned territory
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues and learn new technology platforms

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive between branch locations throughout the workweek
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
