Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous receptionist experience preferred in an automotive dealership
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally within three rings and transfer to the appropriate destination.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers promptly with a friendly, professional service.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a license plate log and call customers when plates arrive.
• Other duties as assigned by the dealership
