Job summary

ClearShift is hiring for a full-time, in-person sales role in Littleton, Colorado. You will guide customers through a transparent buying experience, respond to leads promptly, manage relationships from initial contact to delivery, and build repeat business. We provide leads, tools, inventory, and training.

No automotive experience required; personality, initiative, and ability to follow up matter most. Compensation ranges from $48,000 to $120,000+ based on performance.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Saturday and some holiday availability are required.

Compensation and Requirements

Expected annual earnings: $48,000–$120,000+ based on experience and performance.
