Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Greet customers arriving at the dealership.
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties.
• Answer customer questions about cars, financing, and the purchase process.
• Accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collect licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.

Sales Process

• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options.
• Maintain a daily follow-up task list for your customers.
• Address customer concerns promptly.

Product Presentations

• Perform quality product presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers.

Inventory Management

• Assist in maintaining the inventory of available vehicles.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience is helpful but may not be required, depending on other work experience.
• Desire to learn and grow in a retail environment.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and good driving record.
