AutoZone, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers locate the right automotive parts, offer expert advice, and support daily store operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will build product knowledge, assist with promotions, and contribute to sales metrics while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment for diverse customers. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge preferred; ASE certification is mentioned.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! Customer Service and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, keep the store organized, and follow POS procedures.
• Support store operations and safety policies while using PPE.
