Job summary

Heiser Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Professional to help customers find the right vehicles and deliver an exceptional purchasing experience. You will collaborate with our Sales and Finance teams, present options, conduct test drives, and guide customers from start to finish.

In this role you will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, build relationships, and complete paperwork accurately while working with a supportive, team-oriented group. Some evenings and Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working some evenings and Saturdays.
• Automotive knowledge preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide customers through the sales process.
• Present vehicle options, conduct test drives, and answer product questions.
• Complete required sales paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales and Finance teams.
• Participate in training and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
