No prior automotive sales experience required; training and support are provided to help you succeed, with earning potential of $50,000–$110,000 including bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and help them find the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully and provide a comfortable, no-pressure car-buying experience.
• Learn the features, technology, options and benefits of Ford vehicles and our pre-owned inventory.
• Provide professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Stay in touch with customers before, during and after their purchase.
• Develop the skills and confidence to answer questions and work through customer concerns.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet individual and dealership goals.
• Represent Kalispell Ford with honesty, professionalism and a genuine desire to help people.
