Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to match with suitable inventory.
• Take customers on test drives and explain features and options.
• Build rapport to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Stay informed about product features and benefits to educate customers.
• Assist customers with the sales process, objections, and closing deals.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure customer understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel and emphasize quality service available.
