Job summary

Sunbury Motor Company is looking for motivated individuals to help customers find the perfect vehicle at our Ford store. We offer training and support for both experienced salespeople and newcomers to automotive sales.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the buying process, building relationships, demonstrating features, and following up on leads. Compensation includes guaranteed pay or draw plus commission, with potential to earn as you sell more.

Qualifications

• General automotive knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Motivation to sell as many vehicles as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and follow up after the sale.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives; meet and exceed sales goals while delivering a first-class buying experience.
• Provide customers with information to relevant questions about vehicles.
• Contact immediately and follow up on daily leads.
