Bruce Titus Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales professional for Port Orchard Ford in Port Orchard, WA. The role offers a base plus commission structure with a salary range of $40,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year.

The position emphasizes meeting monthly vehicle sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and leveraging CRM for follow-up. A strong start is supported by on-site training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Language skills include the ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Mansioni

• Sells/leases and delivers a minimum average of 8 units per month, per 60 day rolling period.
• Greets customers entering the showroom and offers assistance or direction.
• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explains product performance, applications and benefits to customers.
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Utilizes the CRM and follows up with customers accordingly.
