Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred but not required, customer service or retail sales experience is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication and active listening skills are required.
• Commitment to delivering a great dealership experience and building long-term relationships.
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven car sales environment.
• Comfortable using computers, digital retail tools, and CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Required valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, identify their needs, and provide consultative car salesman experience.
• Learn Ford vehicles, trims, technology, warranties, and competitive comparisons.
• Manage test drives, trade-in appraisals, pricing discussions, and purchase paperwork.
• Introduce financing options and coordinate with finance team.
• Maintain communication to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly automotive sales targets.
• Use CRM tools to track opportunities and manage auto sales pipeline.
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate to deliver great customer experiences.
