Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring for Sales Associate and Sales Manager roles in Alabama. You will grow store sales by building relationships, recommending products, and delivering a WOW customer experience.

This fast-paced role requires strong communication, the ability to work Saturdays, and stamina to stand for long periods. Compensation ranges from $35,000 to $55,000+ annually with bonuses and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for the store location, including daily customer calls to increase opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion following policy and procedures.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for store presentation inside and outside.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.
