Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide reliable automotive advice and maintain positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to keep a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services and promotions to boost customer experience and sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE to keep the environment secure.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and propose solutions.
