Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication: Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness: Recommend products and promotions to boost customer experience and sales metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations: Restock merchandise, organize stock, and follow POS procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance: Follow structured processes and PPE requirements for a safe workplace.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support: Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
