You will manage the full sales process from prospecting to delivery, present vehicles, and stay informed about products and market trends.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience or training, strong communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Present and demonstrate inventory to customers.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units.
• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications.
• Familiarity with CRM software as part of daily workflow.
