Job summary

AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience and seeks driven, customer-focused professionals to lead the way. The Experienced Sales Associate will sell new and used vehicles at gross profit while meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards.

You will have access to a best-in-class CRM, equity mining tools, and relationships with over 30 lenders to finance customers, with a national inventory of over 100,000 vehicles.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, customer satisfaction and volume standards
• Provide customers with an outstanding car-buying experience and leverage tools to close deals
• Build a book of business and develop relationships with lenders and customers
