Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Napa, CA is seeking an outgoing Automotive Sales Porter to support the sales team by moving vehicles, keeping lots clean, and helping provide excellent customer service.

You will drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, work in all weather, and uphold safety standards while assisting in custodial tasks and shop duties; evenings and weekends required. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location
• Installs disposable protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service
• Delivers keys and repair order to the appropriate Sales staff member after parking vehicle
• Helps maintain a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning duties (trash removal, sweeping, etc.)
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, waiting at the vehicle, and thanking customers for their business
• Follows all safety and security procedures
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
