Victory Automotive Group in Chicago is seeking an outgoing and dependable Automotive Sales Porter to support our sales team by providing excellent customer service, moving vehicles on the lot, and keeping vehicles clean and damage-free.

You must have a valid driver's license with a clean record, be comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment, and be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions. Join a team that values safety, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Installs disposable protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the appropriate Sales staff member after parking vehicle.
• Helps maintain a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning duties.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, waiting at the vehicle, and thanking customers for their business.
• Follows all safety and security procedures.
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
