Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales.
• Hires, trains, and motivates new-vehicle sales staff.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting new-vehicle sales.
• Directs and schedules department activities to maintain proper staffing.
• Supports salespeople to meet aggressive goals and provides resources for success.
• Maintains daily sales activity logs and follow-up systems.
• Oversees incentive programs and payment of commissions.
• Leads daily/weekly sales meetings and cross-department communication.
• Ensures delivery standards and dealer policies are followed.
• Provides product and training resources on an ongoing basis.
