Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for a local dealership in your area. You will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team and oversee dealership operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include supervising training and development, maintaining customer satisfaction, forecasting sales and gross profit, and overseeing new/used vehicle operations, with growth and long-term security at the forefront.

Job Responsibilities
