Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
