Job summary

Greeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Colorado is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the car-buying experience. You will work directly with staff and customers to build relationships and enhance the sales process.

Responsibilities include coaching sales associates, closing deals, and maintaining high energy throughout the day while fostering a strong, customer-focused culture at our dealership in Greeley. Previous dealership leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience.
• Interest in training additional sales associates and working in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Clean driving record.
• CDJR experience is preferred but not required.
