Job summary

Quirk Auto Group in Rockland, ME is seeking a qualified salesperson for Quirk GMC to provide customers with product information and excellent service for a positive buying experience. Our team can sell any and all brands Quirk offers.

Responsibilities include daily prospecting by phone, mail, and in person; maintaining a robust follow-up system; forecasting monthly goals; understanding inventory; and attending meetings while upholding the company vision and values in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must meet company’s requirements for employment
• Prior sales experience (preferred)
• Experience providing quality customer service
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Must have a clean valid state driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person – maintain a prospect development system
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Forecast goals at the beginning of each month
• Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
