Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services.
  • Continually learning about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
  • Realizing that business is built on customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
  • Learning to overcome objections; asking for the sale; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase agreements; explaining and offering warranties, services, and finance.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.
