• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals.
• Serve as a leader and mentor within the sales department, setting a positive example through professionalism and performance.
• Participate in finance and leadership training designed to prepare you for advancement into a Finance Manager role.
• Learn dealership finance products, lending processes, compliance requirements, and deal structure fundamentals.
• Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
