Job summary

AutoFair Automotive Group is seeking a General Sales Manager for AutoFair Volkswagen of Nashua to lead the new and used vehicle sales teams. You will coach staff, drive profitability, maintain CSI scores, and build strong customer relationships to achieve aggressive sales goals.

The role requires 3 years of automotive sales management, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to training and development. A high-energy, customer-focused mindset is essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

3 years' experience in Automotive sales management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient technology and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

Manage the profitability and sales goals of the new and used vehicle departments.
Coach the sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation.
Ensure the syndication of new and used vehicles meets company standards.
Ensure high CSI scores and monitor metrics for improvements as required.
Develop relationships with customers to enhance the sales process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain confidentiality.
