Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales / Finance / Desk Manager to join our team at Dover Chevy. This role offers top pay, an aggressive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth within a leading automotive dealership group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process
  • Handle all deal paperwork and data in compliance with Hertrich standards
  • Maximize profitability on every deal
  • Provide backup support for the Finance Manager as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Sales or Finance Management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Results-driven with a high-energy, self-motivated approach
  • Experience in used car buying/appraising is a plus
  • Auto Manufacturer Master Sales/Management Certifications are a plus
  • Flexible schedule including weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree a plus
