Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience is NOT required; we provide all training.
• Computer proficiency is a must to help us service a large volume of customers.
• Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in sales or customer service.
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Present new and pre-owned vehicles to potential clients.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
