Job summary

Sheehy Toyota of Stafford, part of Sheehy Auto Stores, is seeking energetic and motivated Sales Consultants, both experienced and new to the industry. If you have experience in automotive sales and are a result-driven team player, you’ll fit right in.

We promote from within and offer extensive training to help you close more deals and grow into Leadership roles such as Finance Manager, Sales Manager, GSM, or General Manager. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing and specifications for comparisons.
• Utilize vehicle locator tools to source inventory for customers.
• Participate in appraising trade-ins and deal structure.
• Lead customers through selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer information in CRM and follow up for referrals.
• Develop new business through direct mail, networking, and telemarketing.
