Automotive Sales Consultant

Are you interested in selling automobiles known for their quality, reliability, and beauty? We are seeking sales professionals to join our dealership. If you believe that being a Sales Consultant is a craft built on charisma, communication, and product knowledge (which we will teach you), we want to hear from you!

As a Sales Consultant, you will manage all sales activities, from generating leads to closing sales, playing a key role in our continued success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers and perform needs analysis to determine desired vehicle make, type, and features.
  2. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on the road.
  3. Research model availability and options using our database.
  4. Negotiate sales price, including taxes, trade-ins, licensing, discounts, and financing or leasing terms with customers.
  5. Inspect inventory visually and walk the lot regularly.
  6. Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate delivery and registration.
  7. Familiarize customers with their new vehicle.
  8. Attend training sessions and department meetings as required.
  9. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Ability to speak a second language is preferred.
  • At least one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills and thorough follow-up abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
