This position features a new rotational style four-day work week to fit every schedule and allow you to enjoy a healthier work-life balance.

Compensation: $80,000-$130,000/year. This role has a base salary of $40,000 plus incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential.

Physical Requirements: This position requires you to be physically active during your shift, including running, driving, stooping, bending, and lifting.

How do our Sales Consultants Drive Impact?

After successful completion of our Sales Training Program, our Salesperson will guide customers through the entire vehicle buying process, including:

  1. Assisting customers in buying desired vehicles.
  2. Educating customers on financial products and financing options.
  3. Maintaining the unit average and meeting store performance requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven experience working within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer programs as needed.
  • The ability to move around the dealership, including sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred but not required.
