Position: Sales Representatives are responsible for selling automobiles by understanding features, developing qualified buyers, and closing sales.

Education & Experience:

  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation
  • Suggest optional equipment and research model availability
  • Consult with Sales Manager as needed
  • Calculate and quote sales prices, including financing and trade-in details
  • Complete all sales paperwork
  • Deliver vehicles, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction
  • Maintain prospect development system
  • Stay informed about new products and features
  • Attend meetings and training
  • Follow company policies
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets

Physical Requirements:

  • Exposure to weather conditions
  • Stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear regularly
  • Potential exposure to fumes and airborne particles
  • Lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Good vision skills
