Findlay Toyota Spokane is seeking a customer-oriented and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive team in the Southwest U.S. Our sales group champions a consultative approach, focusing on creating a great buying and ownership experience for every client, while delivering outstanding service and value.

As part of our sales team you will build relationships, demonstrate vehicles with knowledge of packages and technology, follow up on leads, and work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid in-state driver's license and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life through needs-based consultation.
• Demonstrate vehicles with knowledge of offerings, packages and technology.
• Manage showroom and internet leads for maximum sales performance.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals.
• Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
• Report progress to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
